Recurring Subscriptions and Renewals
Certain paid services, including Premium Desk, may be offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date in accordance with the cancellation process made available through the Service or by contacting us. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable once charged for the applicable billing period.
We may use third-party payment processors to process recurring payments. We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, expired, declined, or unauthorized payment information provided by you, or by issues attributable to your payment provider or financial institution, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
In the event multiple purchases, duplicate subscription attempts, or overlapping subscription transactions are made on the same or related account, we may review the transaction(s) and determine the applicable subscription status, service access, credit, consolidation, or other remedy at our discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Communications
If you provide your email address, mobile number, or other contact details, we may send you service-related messages such as receipts, payment confirmations, failed payment notices, security alerts, account notices, billing messages, renewal reminders, access updates, and other administrative communications necessary to operate the Service.
